Destinations settings

Destinations receive monitor state changes from notification rules, and scheduled dashboard deliveries. Add, edit, disable and delete them on the Settings > Destinations page.

Destinations you have added are listed in a table on the Settings > Destinations page, with the number of workspaces and schedules using each one.

Column
Description
Name
The destination's name, shown with an icon for its type.
Notification Rules
Shows how many workspaces have notification rules using the destination. Click the number to see them.
Schedules
Shows how many dashboard schedules deliver to the destination. Click the number to see each schedule and link to its dashboard.
Status
  • Active: The destination can be used by notification rules and schedules.
  • Paused: The destination cannot be used. Notification rules and schedules using it will not send, and those schedules are shown as Disabled.
  • Disabled: The destination's type is not included in your plan.
  • Failed: The last send to this destination failed. Hover the question mark for the reason.
Action buttons
  • Disable destination / Enable destination
  • Edit destination
  • Delete destination

Adding a destination

To set a notification or schedule sharing you must have first configured a destination to send to.

There are a number of destinations that can be configured, which range from a simple email, to configuring a custom webhook.

Scheduled sharing can use email, Teams and Slack destinations.
