API settings
The SquaredUp API lets you automate the configuration of entities (such as data sources, workspaces and dashboards) and trigger specific actions (such as sending a dashboard screenshot to Slack). API keys are created and managed from Settings > Advanced > API.
You can view, add and delete your API keys from Settings > Advanced > API.

Creating an API key
In SquaredUp, browse to Settings > Advanced > API > Add API Key. Give the API key a name and description and click Generate API key. Copy the API key to your clipboard or somewhere safe as you won't be able to view it again in here.
