Supported Login Authentication Types

When you click Sign in on the SquaredUp homepage, the following methods for logging into the application are available, which you can choose from depending on your needs and preference:

  • Email & password: Requires you to create a SquaredUp account using your email address and create a password to secure your account. You then use these details to login to your SquaredUp tenant.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO): SSO is an authentication type that allows you to log in with a single account ID. SquaredUp allows you to sign in using the following services, by clicking the corresponding button on the log in page:
    • Microsoft
    • Google
    • Okta: This is an enterprise-only feature that requires manual setup per SquaredUp tenant. Please contact Support if you want to use this feature.
  • In addition, it is possible to restrict to one or more specific authentication methods that your users are allowed to use to authenticate to SquaredUp. A custom domain will be configured for your organization. This feature requires an Enterprise plan. Please contact Support to request this functionality.
