ConnectWise PSA Data Stream Parameters

The ConnectWise PSA plugin provides configurable data streams that you can narrow down to specific companies, agreements and other ConnectWise objects. The Members data stream has no parameters, so it is not listed here.

Each configurable data stream exposes a set of parameters that lets you filter the data you retrieve. The following information describes the available configurable data streams and their parameters in detail.

Agreements

Returns client contracts and SLAs, with one row for each agreement.

Parameter
Description
Company
Optionally select one or more companies to return agreements for. If you leave this empty, agreements for all companies are returned.

Companies

Returns client company accounts, with one row for each company.

Parameter
Description
Result type
Choose List to return one row for each company, or Count to return a single count row with the number of companies. Count is much faster for large organizations. The default is List.

Configurations

Returns managed assets (configuration items), with one row for each configuration.

Parameter
Description
Company
Optionally select one or more companies to return configurations for. If you leave this empty, configurations for all companies are returned.

Projects

The Tickets data stream includes a State column that shows Open or Closed. Use it instead of the Closed column when you want readable labels.

Ticket Counts

Returns the number of tickets for each priority or board, with one row for each value. The data stream makes one count request for each priority or board, instead of loading every ticket. If a request fails, that value is left out and a warning is shown.

Parameter
Description
Group by
Choose Priority or Board. The default is Priority.
Ticket state
Choose All, Open or Closed. The default is All.
Only tickets breaching SLA
Select to count only tickets that are not within SLA.
Column (Timeframe)
Choose the date column the timeframe applies to: Date entered, Last updated or Closed date. The default is Date entered. The data stream counts all tickets unless you set a timeframe.

Ticket Counts needs the Table Setup permission. See Creating an API Member and keys. For counts for each company, use the Tickets data stream with the Company parameter.

Time Entries

Returns time tracking entries, with one row for each logged time entry. Time entries are filtered by their start time using the timeframe.

Parameter
Description
Company
Optionally select one or more companies to return time entries for. If you leave this empty, time entries for all companies are returned.
Member
Optionally select one or more members (technicians or staff) to return time entries for. If you leave this empty, time entries for all members are returned.

Agreement
Optionally select one or more agreements to return time entries for. If you leave this empty, time entries for all agreements are returned. If you select more than one of these parameters, only time entries that match all of them are returned.
